This card is suitable to give to someone living with ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome), fibromyalgia, lupus, and many other chronic illnesses. A get well card is not suitable for someone living with chronic illness. Instead this card helps them by offering your support and encouragement in the changes they need to make.
