Bill of Rights

Celebrating the first ten amendments to the constitution that were ratified in 1791 which actually transformed the constitution into the document the founders imagined when they where putting their lives on the line to bring about a new form of government. Without the Bill of Right's concrete protections for the individual and limitations on federal power, the constitution would have quickly devolved into just another well intentioned tyranny.
