"Hootie" the owl is the mascot of the City of Boulder, Colorado USA's world-renowned Open Space program. Wear Hootie's image proudly and often to remind your fellow Open Space visitors to "Protect Boulder's Precious Public Lands!" This “Hootie” design is used on these products with permission from it’s creator, the late Boulder landscape artist and former City of Boulder Open Space Board of Trustees member Molly Davis.
