Political Parties

It's becoming apparent to many that the the two-sizes-fits-all party system is no longer relevant for the complex, diversified country we live in. Instead of US versus THEM, as in Republicans versus Democrats, how can we be more inclusive and fair to other, newer political parties in upcoming election cycles?
