World Heart Day. 29 September is set aside to raise awareness about the heart disease and its preventive measures to manage the cardiovascular disease. Activities can include awareness and education - this includes talks, social events for sufferers of CVD and more, access to health screenings, sports activities, exhibitions and fundraising events.
