#RestaurantEstd1988Apron Lange Schürze

Here’s a detailed description of the product **[Edwards 2‑Pocket Long Bistro Apron]()** — since I couldn’t locate confirmed specs for the “#RestaurantEstd1988Apron Long Apron” by name, I’m using a comparable long‑apron model to illustrate what you might expect. If you can provide a direct link or photo of your exact “RestaurantEstd1988” version, I can pull up more precise details. --- ### ✅ Key Features * Full‑length long apron (typically reaches around knee‑to‑shin level) — gives more frontal coverage than a short waist apron. * Two front pockets: handy for tools, pens, order pads, or kitchen accessories. * Likely made from a durable fabric blend (common for aprons: twill, poly/cotton mix) providing strength and easier laundering. * Adjustable neck strap and long waist ties allow tailoring fit for different body sizes/heights. * Suitable for professional use in restaurant / café / kitchen environments. --- ### 🎨 Style & Use Context * Because it’s “long”, this apron looks more formal / professional compared to short waist‐aprons. That makes it suitable for front‑of‑house staff, chefs, baristas, or any role where a more presentable uniform is required. * The two pockets give practical utility: you don’t just look good, you stay functional. * If the “RestaurantEstd1988” branding is present, it might carry a logo or print that adds a custom‐branded touch (e.g., staff uniform for a venue established in 1988). --- ### 🧼 Care & Maintenance Tips * As with most restaurant aprons: wash separately first, use mild detergent, avoid bleaching unless fabric requires it. * If fabric is poly/cotton or twill: tumble dry at low or line dry, and iron if necessary (but check any logo or print area). * Consider having spare aprons for shifts — long aprons can show stains more visibly just due to surface area. --- ### 📏 Fit & Practical Considerations * If you’re short in height, a full‐length long apron might feel bulky or get in the way (legs, movement). Some users fold the top slightly or roll the ties for comfort. * If you’re tall, this style works well for full coverage. * Pockets should be deep enough to carry smartphones, pens, small pads — check pocket size relative to your needs. * Waist ties should be long enough to wrap around and tie comfortably (especially if uniform is layered). --- ### 🔍 Why This Kind of Apron Makes Sense * A long apron visually signals professionalism — covers more of the uniform underneath and keeps it cleaner. * Two pockets provide dual function: appearance + utility. * For restaurant or café staff, a long apron with branding (“Estd 1988” style) helps build a cohesive team look and reinforces brand identity. --- If you like, I can **look up the exact “#RestaurantEstd1988Apron Long Apron” product** (to find fabric specs, color options, logo/branding details, sizing) and provide a full spec sheet. Would you like me to do that? Here’s a deeper dive into what to look for — and what you might *expect* — from a long apron under the label “#RestaurantEstd1988 Long Apron”. I’ll explain typical features, materials, fit & styling, branding touches, plus pros & cons. Since I couldn’t locate a verified listing for that exact item, I’ll use comparable long‑apron models as reference points. If you want, I can try digging up that exact variant (maybe a custom branded version) and check availability. --- ## 🔍 Typical Specifications & Features Here is what a “long apron” designed for restaurant/front‑of‑house or kitchen use usually offers: ### Fabric & Construction * Often a **poly‑cotton blend / twill**: e.g., one example of a “long style bar apron” uses 65% polyester / 35% cotton at ~195gsm. * Durable stitching, reinforced tie‑backs or neck‑strap. * Some versions have stain‑resistant or water‑repellent finishes (especially for heavy use). ([shop.divisalavoro.com][1]) * Long aprons cover from the chest (bib area) down to near the knees or below, giving more coverage than a simple half‑apron. For example: “long continental style bar apron with self‑fabric ties” design. ### Fit & Styling * Adjustable neck strap or slip‑over bib style (depending on design). * Long waist ties so it can wrap and tie neatly behind or in front depending on staff preference. * Length often around ~80‑100cm (or more) in long bib styles. One spec sheet listed 80cm length for full bib apron. * Often two large front pockets (for pens, order pads, smartphone, small tools) or one large pocket with pen slot. Example: a long bar apron model had “tablet friendly centre pocket with combined pen pocket”. ([profilewear.se][2]) ### Branding / Customisation * A label like “Estd 1988” suggests that the apron may carry either embroidered or printed branding/patch that relates to the restaurant’s founding year — giving a “heritage / establishment” aesthetic. * Custom uniforms in restaurants often allow logo/embroidery. For example, one supplier mentions embroidery of company logo. ([uniformtailor.in][3]) ### Care Instructions * Typically machine washable (warm wash with like colours) but avoid bleaching to maintain colour and fabric life. Example: an apron supplier suggests “1st wash separately, warm machine wash similar colours, do not bleach, flat surface dry in shade, do not tumble dry, warm iron on reverse”. ([uniformtailor.in][3]) * If there is branding (print or embroidery), care should be taken to not iron directly on that area. --- ## 🎨 Visual / Style Considerations ![Image](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717x%2BkwoOTL._UF894%2C1000_QL80_.jpg) ![Image](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ewDoNcIYL._UF894%2C1000_QL80_.jpg) ![Image](https://cdnimg.webstaurantstore.com/images/products/large/547712/3028911.jpg) ![Image](https://cdnimg.webstaurantstore.com/images/products/large/547692/2393197.jpg) ![Image](https://undernysky.com/cdn/shop/files/2-LB_Black-Size_2048x.jpg?v=1727449917) ![Image](https://undernysky.com/cdn/shop/files/2-LB_Green-Size_1200x.jpg?v=1738009396) Here’s what to keep an eye on: * The **length**: Ideally the apron should cover the upper body down to at least mid‑thigh for protection and appearance. If it’s too long (ankle‑length) it might hamper movement. * The **pockets**: Two front pockets are very handy in food service: one for a small notepad or order pad, the other for pens or tickets. * The **ties** and neck strap: Should be comfortable, adjustable or long enough to tie behind even with layers of clothing underneath. * The **fabric appearance**: For a “heritage” style (Estd 1988) you might expect something like a solid deep colour (black, charcoal, navy) with subtle branding, giving a professional premium look. * Branding placement: If the apron has “Restaurant Estd 1988” printed or embroidered, check where the branding is (chest area, pocket edge, tied‑back strap) so it's visible but not overwhelming. --- ## ✅ Pros & ✖️ Cons of a Long Apron in This Style **Pros**: * Greater protection: Covers more of the uniform/under‑garment from spills, stains, splashes. * Professional look: Long aprons tend to look more formal, which suits upscale dining, open‑kitchen restaurants, or front of house. * Utility: With pockets and sturdy fabric you get good functionality (carry pens, small devices, notepad). **Cons**: * May restrict movement: Especially for shorter staff, a long apron may feel bulky or get caught/drag. Some staff mention that in Reddit threads. ([Reddit][4]) * Heat & comfort: In hot kitchen environments, extra fabric might add to warmth or discomfort. * Care & maintenance: More fabric means more potential for big stains and more area to clean/replace. * Fit issues: If the ties, straps or pockets are not well placed, it might feel awkward (especially for people of varying heights). --- ## 🛒 Recommendation for your “#RestaurantEstd1988 Long Apron” If you’re considering buying this kind of apron (or your restaurant is ordering them), here are things to check: * **Fabric weight & blend**: Aim for something like 65% poly / 35% cotton or similar for durability + washability. * **Length and width**: Make sure the size fits your staff – test a sample on someone shorter/taller. * **Pocket design**: Check number and placement of pockets — two deep front pockets is a good standard. * **Tie & strap quality**: Neck strap adjustable (or at least comfortable) and waist ties long enough. * **Branding quality**: If “Estd 1988” logo or embroidery is to be included, check how it’s applied and whether it’s durable (print vs embroidery). * **Ease of care**: Can it be machine washed easily? How does branding respond to laundries? * **Comfort**: Especially for staff who are moving a lot, walking, bending. A sample trial is good. * **Stock / spare quantity**: For a restaurant uniform, you’ll likely need multiple extras to rotate (so some stay clean/spare). --- ## 📌 Similar Models You Might Browse Here are a few apron models that are close in style to what you might be after (just to give you comparison reference): ### [Edwards 2‑Pocket Long Bistro Apron]() #### classic long bistro apron *₹875.98* ### [KODENIPR CLUB Grey‑Stripe Chef Apron]() #### hotel/cafe chef stripe apron *₹150* ### [Thickened Black Waterproof Stain‑Resistant Apron]() #### heavy duty waterproof work apron *₹98* ### [Unisex Red Adjustable Apron]() #### budget adjustable everyday apron *₹136* ### [Apron Jack (Premium Chef/Host Apron)]() #### premium designer host apron *₹3,500* ### [Edwards 2‑Pocket Long Bistro Apron (Alternate Merchant)]() #### long bistro apron alternate *₹875.98* ### [KODENIPR CLUB Grey‑Stripe Chef Apron (Alternate Listing)]() #### stripe chef apron alt *₹150* ### [Thickened Black Waterproof Stain‑Resistant Apron (Alternate Listing)]() #### waterproof work apron budget *₹98* **Highlights**: * [Edwards 2‑Pocket Long Bistro Apron](): Very close to what you’re describing: long length, two front pockets, designed for professional setting. * [KODENIPR CLUB Grey‑Stripe Chef Apron](): A stripe pattern alternative if your branding allows for some texture/pattern. * [Thickened Black Waterproof Stain‑Resistant Apron](): For tougher environments (e.g., BBQ, heavy service) where extra protection is needed. * [Unisex Red Adjustable Apron](): Lower cost, simpler version – might be useful for less formal staff or back‑of‑house. * [Apron Jack (Premium Chef/Host Apron)](): More premium design/higher cost — consider if you want upscale branding. --- ## 📋 Final Thoughts If “#RestaurantEstd1988 Long Apron” is for your team/uniform, here are key take‑aways: * Go for **durability + functionality** first (fabric, pockets, fit). * Then ensure the **branding and style** matches your restaurant’s aesthetic (e.g., “Estd 1988” implies heritage, so maybe darker/solid colours, minimalistic design). * Try a **sample** with one or two staff (of different heights) to check comfort & movement. * Keep **extras/spares** because aprons will stain or wear out. * Maintain a good laundry schedule to preserve appearance. * And ensure the ties and straps are comfortable because if staff dislike them, they won’t wear them properly (or at all). --- If you like, I can **attempt to find the exact listing for “#RestaurantEstd1988 Apron Long Apron”** (with its price in India, available colours, sizes, lead‑time for bulk order) and check for custom branding options (logo placement, embroidery) – would you like me to do that now?
