A total solar eclipse will be visible on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 over the northern Atlantic Ocean and Arctic, Greenland, Iceland, northern Spain and northeastern Portugal. A partial solar eclipse will be visible in the North America & Europe. On land, the greatest duration of the eclipse will be in Latrabjarg in Iceland.
