Welcome to Abstract Art Unlimited. My name is Jinny Jamalalldeen. Hoping that my art is my poetry and poetry is my art, I use rich colors to create abstract, sharp, bold, flowing shapes. Shapes that are rich in depth and vibrate with the other shapes creating tension, movement and rhythm on the canvas. As I create, I thrill to see this energy and movement come to life creating a ‘world of its own’ that hopefully will engage the viewers feelings and sensations making their heart beat a little faster with excitement and joy. Shapes and color incorporated into a bold design have been a lifelong fascination for me. I have been drawing, painting and working with images my whole life. My artistic journey has taken me through a lot of exploration in different mediums including photography, fabric art, 3-D art, figure drawings, etc. My formal education took place at the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where I majored in the “Advertising and Design” program. This resulted in a career as an Art Director and Designer in advertising agencies where I specialized in designing and creating corporate brochures, and magazine and newspaper ads. In every case, my excitement for strong, bold, colorful designs inspired my work. To "paint" my art, I use computer software to create contemporary, abstract designs by using and manipulating my own, original photographs. All of my art is ONE-OF-A-KIND, absolutely original and unique. I work hard and scrutinize every aspect of my art. I am a perfectionist in the details and I want an owner of my work to enjoy its high quality, as well as its beauty. My contemporary art is for all those who want an upscale, fresh, clean and unique look in their life and space.
