Acorn Elves / Dubanci

Hello! I'm a freelance graphic designer (formerly a database programmer) who lives with wife and three children in a small house by the forest in Prague, Czech Republic, the heart of Europe. Mainly thanks to the children, the lack of chestnuts and the large number of acorns in our small garden where century-old oaks grow, the first acorn elves were born years ago. Since then I meet them every day not only in our garden and in the woods, but also at home. They have become part of our family. Acorn elves are natural forest characters that I often put in human situations or photograph them when they try to use human objects. This created a lot of funny shots that can put a smile on anyone's face, which is needed nowadays. At the same time, I like how their photos, especially those taken in the woods, show the beauty of nature that is hidden in them. And last but not least, they bring back fond memories of people's childhood.
