Tee Hee was born out of a walk with my son. We were walking by a tree and these interesting looking pods were lying on the ground. To me, they looked like a hat, much like an acorn cap. Nature has always deeply spoken to me, with love, respect and awe. I feel the most connected to God in nature. When I think of the innocence of children I imagine parks, beaches, and streams in mountains. Children are unbounded, climb trees, run into crashing waves, search for tadpoles, and run full speed down hills of grass. They have curiousity about everything! As my youngest has turned eight, I find myself missing those giggles and baby feet. So here is Tee Hee to remind us of the precious child to appreciate and to remember in each of us.
