Hi! I love hiking, traveling, and creating art. When any of those are combined, it surely puts me in ‘the flow’. I’m left-handed when writing, but ambidextrous with most other things. I am a lifelong artist, always drawing and sketching. After an overseas trip, I decided to try watercolors. I tried teaching myself with books and videos, and took classes with a local artist. Once I found Urban sketchers, journalers and other similar artists, I was able to find my ‘style’. Letting go of perfectionism and fussing led to a wonderful sense of ‘water’ colors. My art expresses the feelings I experience on my travels and hikes.
