Tsuru (which means crane) is a very important symbol in Japanese folklore. This beautiful bird mates for life and people believe that it can live for a thousand years. It symbolizes honor, good fortune, loyalty, and longevity and has a special place in my heart. That's why Tsuru became a name for my brand. This store is a direct effect of my 25 years long fascination with Japan and other Asian countries that I had the pleasure to discover in the last few years.
