Beautiful Britain brings to life the wonderful landscapes of the country. This is the land which John of Gaunt described as 'this other Eden, this demi-paradise'. Through my photographs, you will be able to see why. Britain is an island of extremes. From rural idyll to gritty urban scenes; from awe-inspiring mountains to the softer beauty of the plains; from historical architecture to the most modern of buildings. It is also a place of mixed cultures. The Celts, Gaels, Romans, Jutes, Angles, Saxons, Northmen, Vikings, Normans, Dutch, and more recent immigrants have all left their mark here. It adds up to a wondrous whole.
