Bushido means "the way of the warrior" - strong, focused, committed to success. The hand-drawn eagle represents self-discipline and reliance, with its powerful gaze unwavering and determined. Karate translates into English as "empty hand", indicating no weapons are used. There is something very honest and straightforward about that definition; no magic or trickery, no shortcuts or easy paths. CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR BODY®️ doesn't need explanation. It only requires acceptance, which includes action. Understanding will be the result. You see, in order to change your body you needs to start with your mind. Make it your mantra, and get it done.
