Cato is the only U.S. based artist signed to Spin Avenue Records (U.K.) If you are looking for good music, a breath of fresh air, or you are just tired of the commercial hip hop scene, Spin Avenue and Cato is what you need. Tracks coming in the end of 2007 and a LP coming in the middle of '08, Cato and Spin Avenue will be working hard to bring originality to hip hop. _________________________________________________ A little bit about myself: I am an independent hip hop artist, and I am an artist with Spin Avenue Records, an Indie label out of the U.K. My music will take you out of the norm and bring you to another realm of hip hop. I try to be original with my style, my sound, and my content. I discuss issues that are either taboo or that are normally not brought to light. The reason why I hide my identity, if you are wondering, is because if you seen me, any part of me, you would judge me. Whether I am Black, White, Hispanic, Asian; whether I wear a hat with a logo, or any other clothes I wear; anything that can be identified with a judgment, good or bad, I try to avoid. I want my music to be the source of judgment. I have a name and a passion. I have ideas and thoughts. I have a voice. But I have no other identity.
