My fascination for chilis comes from my love of cooking and photography. Chili peppers are not only spicy and nutritious, but they are also beautiful! When I find a remarkable pepper in the market, I can't resist photographing it before I prepare it for a dish. Sweet, hot, and floral flavors add so much to so many recipes!
