For as long as I can remember I have admired and have been fascinated by strong, muscular women. Sadly, the concept of a strong women is still shunned in much of modern society. They work hard to look and feel good. They deserve compliments for having the will and endurance to push themselves so hard while so many people in the world still struggle with weight problems.
