"I am an echo of my Ancestors Prayers and I am here to stoke the fires of the next generation". Rena Brown My name is Rena. I am a Native American woman and mother of 7. I work with Native Tribes across Turtle Island for Sewing for Native Nations as well as Grandmother's Calling MMIW. It has been my dream to see the 7th generation ignite the fires of the 8th generation. It is an honor and privilege to be at the point in time. I walk with my Ancestors behind me, besides me and before me. I love to express through art. this is a glimpse of the Indigenous Creature inside of me.
