As a nurse I know how much we care for everyone else around us and often forget about ourselves. Every nurse deserves to be made to feel special and reminded to take some time out for their own self care every now and again. In a bid to practice my own advice I started creating and making as a way of looking after my own self care needs. I love sharing these with others and applying them to things that, as given to someone as a gift puts a smile on their face.
