Black cats have the lowest adoption rates and the highest rates of euthanasia. These cats are often left waiting in pounds and shelters with hopes of finding a loving home, only to be destroyed once their time is up. Hero Cats is dedicated to helping these disadvantaged cats find loving homes. It is true that our cats take a little longer to place in homes, but that just means they give a little more love to their foster families.
