Bringing the beauty of Icelandic Horses, Miniature horses, my cats and Indian Fantail pigeons to life. Some paintings are done in Ink and watercolor pencil, others in water-based Oil paints and newest paintings are watercolor only on hot pressed paper. References are photos of my Icelandic horses I have owned, my Indian Fantail Pigeons, my past Miniature horses, and my Cats. Exception, there are a couple of Icelandic Horse paintings done with my good friends' permission. Icelandic horses originally came from the Land of Fire and Ice ~ Iceland. They are now seen in many parts of the world. Majority of Icelandic horses have a gait called, Tolt. Is very smooth and ground covering, so you can get from one farm or town quickly. For me, art should be fun and experimental, and I follow where the work wants to go. My site includes both much older pieces and recent ones, so you can see how my style has shifted and matured over the years.
