I am a needle felt artist. I use wool as my paint and a special barbed needle to stab the wool onto the background material. I have been doing this for a little over 2 years. I work from a photo and hand blend the wool to match as near as possible to the colour of the animal. This process takes many hours. I strive to reproduce extremely realistic portraits that show the animals character. I specialise in making bespoke dog portraits. I also make other animals as well.
