Kirby Vacation Rentals

Welcome! We (Jenn and Matt) are natives of Pinehurst/Southern Pines, North Carolina, and high school sweethearts. We left town for college and for a few years afterward, but returned to our roots nearly 20 years ago. It's just hard to beat this little slice of heaven. Matt owns a local construction/development company; Jenn is a real estate broker, and also owns a Rodan + Fields business. We have three young kids who keep us on our toes! In our free time we love running + reading, good food with good friends, long late-night convos on any porch anywhere, traveling + exploring. When the stars aligned for us to convert one of our long-term rental properties into a furnished short-term rental, we couldn't resist, and the rest is history. It's been an incredible gift and a ton of FUN to share some of our favorite spaces with others. Thanks for being part of our journey!
