My name is Merja Lindroos and I am a mom with three daughters living in Finland. As the founder of Nourish & Flourish, I have always been fascinated by the power of mindfulness, gratitude, and healthy habits in promoting well-being. I realized that many people struggle with finding the time and resources to prioritize self-care and personal growth in their busy lives. This inspired me to create a shop that offers products that can help individuals incorporate mindful practices into their daily routines and cultivate a thriving lifestyle.
