‘bout my background , I have been in the Pet Industry for nearly 17years, i started out as an amateur breeder of exotic birds, finches-cockatiels. i sold privately and wholesale, I joined the Boston Pet company , excelled in retail management remained until their close, maintained that store through 2 independent retailer until they brought dogs in, personal decision to leave,went to try my hand at inside sales with Central Pet & Garden,then worked in Boston for a specialty grooming and retail, and then a position back in RI for about 8yrs,,,LOVED it, the people, the company reps the 1 on 1,watching puppies and families grow, i left for love, bringing me to Massachusetts where I managed Petco for a time and took a merchandiser position at Especially For Pets in Acton,ma Ive organized and participated in fundraisers,gone to dog shows with Precise Petfoods, watched agility trials,have friends who own a training academy, ive done training and behavior modification with large exotics such as macaws and ‘toos. I currently share my home with an Amazon and a cat, some fish too,,UPDATE as of Dec 2008 I have added an Australian Shepherd to the collection,but since childhood,,right into adulthood ive been owned by some of the strangest and beautiful animals in existence, Though YEARS ago I actually went to school for photography I never actually pursued it professionally and only part time as a hobbies , however this year, I have had some medical pitfalls in my life providing myself some healing time through the view finder of my camera and to better my craft. . I love to photograph animals and building,,but many things catch my eye,,,be it as simple as a chair or hanging out my second floor bedroom window for dew drops on spider webs,,,it all can be a fascinating experience. I especially like Black and White mediums,,and occasionally Sepia I now hope to bring together both my retail experience and my creative eye to meet your personal and gifting needs,,
