I've been drawing as long as I can remember. As a child, I wanted to make comic books and later, paint sci-fi and fantasy book covers. That was when my love of telling stories with pictures started. I became interested in computers and graphic design in the mid-90s. The timing couldn't have been better to be in the SF Bay area during the first dot-com boom. I worked in interactive agencies making animated web experiences. After the dot-com bust, I started freelancing doing Flash animation and interactive. I then spent the better part of 15 years making interactive experiences and animated videos for browsers, touch devices, and other screens. I'm currently working on a series of educational infographic animal prints. In addition to offering the prints in my store, the art will become the foundation for ebooks and apps for tablets. It's a joy to be able to combine my ability to draw and paint with my experience in design, typography and interactive to make products that delight and educate.
