Have been working on making gifts featuring my family (Ferguson) plaid for many years. Now everyone can celebrate their Scottish heritage.... All my design earnings go toward Whipporwill Village for the arts and preservation of the log cabin village. http://www.whippoorwillacademy.com/about-us/ Whipporwill is located in Ferguson, North Carolina near Wilkesboro. The village offer tours and activities that provide out of classroom learning opportunities for students of all ages. There are several music and art festivals during the year; including Daniel Boone Days (Boone's cabin is in the village.) By understanding the past, we are better able to prepare for the future.
